Healthy living 2nd March

Last month was good for me. I slept quite well and I did eat healthy food but by the end of the month I ended up eating some biriyani a few times.

This month I'm going to eat more home cooked food and avoid anything from restaurants.

So, what I'm going to do is that I'll make sure to eat my breakfast early and then take a lunch box to work.

I'll make sure to avoid any temptation and focus on eating salads.

Also I spend a lot of money on food so I'm going to track how much money I spend on food by writing it down and then each week I'll check how much I spent.

I hope this month will be better.
