A medium-sized pear contains 5.5 grams of fiber, which is enough to meet daily needs. Pears are high in fructose and sorbitol, which help relieve constipation. Fructose accelerates bowel movement. Sorbitol, on the other hand, regulates the flow of water in the rectum. This reduces constipation rapidly.

The fig fruit found in the village also has a lot of fiber. Studies have shown that figs keep the digestive system fresh. Also people from different countries have been eating prunes for a long time to get rid of constipation. It contains a lot of fiber, which plays a big role in digestion. Some exotic fruits like kiwi fruit and berry fruit are also very helpful in relieving constipation.
If you drink water in the morning and at night and eat more vegetables, you can get relief from it.
