Crowdfunding is not a new way to make fundraise, but thanks to the technology there were huge innovation in the crowdfunding industry.

History

The crowdfunding didn’t start with the emergence of the crowdfunding platforms, it was actually born a long time ago. For example, the Eiffel Tower (1887) and the Statue of Liberty (1886) were crowdfunding projects. As of the crowdfunding on internet, it started in the early 2000. There was no platform at the time and the initiative to raise funds thanks to the crowd was made by Founders. At the time, the Founders had to start their on crowdfunding websites, with nobody to give them tips on how to attract Backers.

What is BlurtFundMe?

Blurtfundme is a decentralized fundraising system managed by a small team on the blurt blockchain, this team has looked into the future and how this fundraiser can help a lot of people on the blurt blockchain.

We have searched the blurt blockchain in circles and haven’t seen this initiative.The aim is to support charity projects, build a better blockchain and help our nations grow.

We have further more searched and planned out how this process can be carried out with any form of complication.

The idea was birthed by @henryglowz and had a discussions with some individuals and also some witnesses who believed this development can help not just the people on blurt but also blurt itself grow to larger audience.

FUNDRAISING PLAN DRAFT.

The plan is simple, if you have a project that needs support you can write to us with the details that will be provided in our next post or make a post on blurt about your project or what you need support for and mention us.

We will then ask you some questions and if your project or whatever your raising funds for meets our requirements then we will make a post for it and create a unique memo for people who are donating to ensure the donation is for you.

The post pays out in 7 days which means you will receive the raised funds at the end of the 7th day alongside the payout of the post made for you. We will then continue to send you any fund sent to us on your behalf till the date you set is due.

We will also be charging 10% from every fund raised and this 10% is to be used to pay the team members and also powerup to support the curation activities on blurt and everyother emergency or big projects for blurt.

Conclusion

Blurtfundme is just an idea for now but would be a reality when it gets all the support it needs to actualize all its plans and aims. Blurtfunding will be your easy way to give no matter how little your donation will be, with just an indication of what you want to donate for.

There are different projects ongoing and more are coming up... Donating to Blurtfunding to help your fellow blurtians, create opportunity to give to the needy outside blurt especially the orphanage and creating more ways to get more people to investing on blurt.
