Good afternoon all blurt friends....
How are you guys this afternoon? I always wish you good health and wellness. On this occasion I want to share knowledge about the benefits of fruits that I know for all my friends.

Fruits are natural foods that contain lots of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals that are very good for consumption every day. Consuming fruits can optimize our health in the long term, also maintain and increase our energy.

With our busy daily schedule affects our eating patterns. Many of us prefer to eat fast food and foods with preservatives compared to fresh and healthy foods.

Soybeans also contain all kinds of essential amino acids that provide health benefits. Essential amino acids are the types needed by the human body, but the body cannot produce them on its own.

In addition, the protein and isoflavone content in soybeans provides benefits in the form of lowering LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol).
