Hola, a todos en la comunidad, la odontología es un arte que necesita destreza, estética, técnica y amor para poder obtener los resultados, la parte anterior o frente estético es la parte más visible de la dentadura, lo visible en algunos casos por traumatismos, fracturas, accidentes, caries no tratadas pueden ocasionar que se pierdan los incisivos.

On this occasion we are presented with a patient with an anterior trauma, losing a large part of the incisors.

Endodontics were performed in several of them, intraradicular pins were placed and several stumps were carved which serve as pilare for what we call a semi horseshoe.

En esta ocasión se nos presenta una paciente con un traumatismo anterior perdiendo gran parte de los incisivos.

Se realizaron endodoncias en varios de ellos se colocaron pernos intraradiculares se tallaron varios muñones que nos sirven de pilare para lo que denominamos una semi herradura.

In these images we present the before and after of this case where we can appreciate the change that the patient presents and the aesthetic improvement of her smile.

It was a long work of many tests, logically, the patient wore a provisional acrylic prosthesis to protect the stumps and for the patient to feel good.

This cementation was done with very strong cements such as Ionomeric glass cement, zing phosphate cement or polycarboxylate cement.

En estas imágenes se nos presenta el antes y después de este caso donde podemos apreciar el cambio que la paciente presenta y la mejoría estética de su sonrisa.

Fue un trabajo largo de muchas pruebas, lógicamente, la paciente portaba una prótesis provisional de acrílico para proteger los muñones y para que el paciente se sienta bien.

Esta cementación la realizamos con cementos muy fuerte como cemento de vidrio Ionomérico, cemento de fosfato de zing o policarboxilato.

The useful life of a fixed prosthesis is about 5 years and with its respective annual check-up, we must be attentive to that, have excellent hygiene and consult in case of any problem.
