What a complete review!I love that you highlighted the noir atmosphere of the novel and the way Deaver portrays a New York different from the one we see on television.I agree with you that the construction of Rune could have been deeper,but the plot and the supporting characters do seem very interesting to me.You've made me want to read "Black in Manhattan" right now.Thanks for the recommendation!
