Hello Everyone!

R2cornell is one them who always try to bring something special and unique for the entire community. Few days ago, I found his contest announcement post. When I read it, I pleased to see different topic to write on. According to the contest, here I'm going to share my "Love Song".

My love song's tittle which I want to dedicate is "Dil-e-Nādāñ" (foolish heart). This song was written by the legendary and philosopher Urdu poet # Asadullah Khan Ghalib #. He is honoured in Urdu literature as William Shakespeare is considered in English language. I love this song so much. Because it expresses my feelings and emotions. I love a girl of my village a lot but she is reluctant with me. She doesn't pay attention to me. I gaze into her but she doesn't lift her eyes towards me. I want to talk to her but she escapes so fast. My foolish heart goes after him all time but she is unaware of it.

The song is available on YouTube. I have been listening it when my mood got off. A Pakistani singer # Hina Nasrullah # has sung it. Her voice is very sweet, melodious and captivating. I would recommend you to listen the song once. You will definitely like it.

Because the lyrics is in Urdu so I have added it's translation for such people who don't know this language.

dil-e-nādāñ tujhe huā kyā hai
āḳhir is dard kī davā kyā hai

Foolish heart what ails you pray?
Can antidotes this ache allay?

ham haiñ mushtāq aur vo bezār
yā ilāhī ye mājrā kyā hai

I'm ardent and she turns away
Lord! what is this game you play?

maiñ bhī muñh meñ zabān rakhtā huuñ
kaash pūchho ki mudda.ā kyā hai

I too am capable of speech
Just ask me what I want today

jab ki tujh bin nahīñ koī maujūd
phir ye hañgāma ai ḳhudā kyā hai

when but for you, naught else exists
why then O lord this noisy fray?

ye parī-chehra log kaise haiñ
ġhamza o ishva o adā kyā hai

How are these fairy-faced people?
What is Ghamza, Ashwa and Ada?

shikan-e-zulf-e-ambarīñ kyuuñ hai
nigah-e-chashm-e-surma sā kyā hai

Why is it awkward on the face?
What are the eyes like antimony?

sabza o gul kahāñ se aa.e haiñ
abr kyā chiiz hai havā kyā hain

Where do the greens & flowers come from?
What is cloud, what is wind?

ham ko un se vafā kī hai ummīd
jo nahīñ jānte vafā kyā hai

From her I hope for constancy
who knows it not, to my dismay

haañ bhalā kar tirā bhalā hogā
aur darvesh kī sadā kyā hai

good you do and goodness reap
what else does the dervish say

jaan tum par nisār kartā huuñ
maiñ nahīñ jāntā duā kyā hai

To you I do bequeath my life
I know not what it is to pray

maiñ ne maanā ki kuchh nahīñ 'ġhālib'
muft haath aa.e to burā kyā hai

Ghalib's worthless I accept
but if comes free then why delay?

I dedicate the song to a beautiful and charming girl of my village. I love her severely and heartily but she hasn't fallen in love with me yet. I believe if she listens to this song, she will realise my feelings and emotions. I don't know the day when she will feel my love and purpose me. But I will wait for that day patiently. Because a moment is enough to feel someone's love.

I often hear songs from your country. lyrics, music and dancing are great.

Many people like songs from your country. Starting from children to the elderly.

The songs from your country are very good. It deserves a very high appreciation.

Then I keep my fingers crossed that the beautiful and charming girl will soon hear this song. But most of all, that you see each other again and that you have the courage to approach her.

It reminds me of a story a girl once told me. She had fallen in love with a boy she saw often. He always smiled at her but never said anything. At some point they lost track of each other, only 2 years later she met him by chance. She always thought the boy had to make the first move, but this time she approached him. It came out that he too had fallen in love with her 2 years ago, but was too shy to approach her.

She laughed very hard when she told me this story. The jerk could have really said something, she said, but I love him anyway.

First of all, thank you so much sir for reading my words and understanding my feelings. I really love her very much but so far I haven't the courage to talk about it. I try to say something but I can't dare. It seems to me she doesn't like me and reluctant with me. Have you any tips; how I dare to talk to her?

Oh, I was also very shy and of all the girls who made my heart beat faster, I lost my voice. It seems we are very similar when it comes to love.

I think it's the woman who chooses her partner, not the man. If she smiles back, you have a good chance. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the rules in your country, so I can't help you much.
