My parents have now been in Poland for like 2 years. They are going to go home to Ukraine soon. But the war began. I don't want them to come here. It's not safe here at all. Today is my mom's birthday. But I see tears in her eyes. 🥺 I know how hard it is for her now. She is very worried about us. She reads a lot of bad news about the war. I try to tell her less about the horrors that are happening in Ukraine now. But mom is still looking for information. I wouldn't want her to worry. I know that parents miss us very much, they would like to come.
But we don't want them to go, because it's not safe. I hope that the war will end soon and my parents will come. 🙏🏻
I haven't seen my parents for 2 whole years, just imagine. My heart is breaking. But I don’t tell my parents about it so that they don’t come. If we told them to go to Ukraine, they would immediately come. But we try to convince them that it is easier for us when they are safe now.
People in Poland are friendly. I am glad that the attitude of the Poles towards us Ukrainians is good. They are helping us a lot in this difficult time.
I am grateful to everyone who supports and helps us, to all people from different parts of the planet.
We ordered a gift for mom: a bouquet of roses and chocolate-covered strawberries, sweets and a postcard. The courier brought this gift to her today.
I would love to hug my mom and kiss her. To say how much I love her, how much I miss her.❤
I hope that everything will end soon and I will meet my parents.
