Baked stuffed fish is sprinkled with greens, patterns are made on it with sauce, covered with curly sliced pieces of vegetables and fruits. Deliciously cooked and beautifully decorated stuffed fish will become the queen of your festive table.
Depending on the serving, stuffed pike can be an snack or an independent dish. Such fish goes well with boiled potatoes, rice, vegetables, baked apples.
INGREDIENTS
1)Pike (weighing about 2 kg) 1 pc.
2)Semga 300 g
3)Fat 100 g
4)Onions 2 pcs.
5)Eggs 1 pc.
6)Carrot 1 pc.
7)Vegetable oil, vegetable oil For frying
8)White loaf 200 g
9)Milk TM "Rud" 200 g
10)Salt, pepper To taste
11)Lemon juice. 1 tsp.
12)Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
13)Mustard in grains 1 tsp.
14)Lemon 1 pc.
15)Olives To taste
Preparation:
- We clean the pike from the scales, remove the gills and entrs.
- On the inside of the fish, trim the main bone at the head and tail so as not to damage the skin. With the help of shallow incisions, we separate the carcass from the skin with a knife.
- Release the fillet from the bones and pass it through the meat grinder together with salmon, onions and bacon.
- Soak the loaf in milk, squeeze it out and add it to the minced meat.
- Peel the carrots, rub them on a fine grater, fry in vegetable oil. Add it to the minced meat together with the egg. Salt, pepper.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and beat off the mass. - Fill the pike's skin with minced meat and sew it.
- Put the fish on the baking sheet with threads down.
- Stir mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Grease the carcass and head of the pike with sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for an hour.
- When the pike cools down, decorate it with olives and lemon circles, make patterns with mayonnaise.
