These 3 words are the foundation of MASTERY.

You know when we were younger we got to hear and imbibe information which formed most times the core of our living and habits.

As we got older and listened to different information, most times having first-hand experiences, reading and interacting.

Most of these ideas that had been formed tend to shed off little by little, intentionally and most times unintentionally too, this is where UN-LEARNING tends to come into play.

things now become more experiential and you now tend to re-adjust to the new normal.

You could also liken singing to these basic 3 foundations.

You may have come from a background whereby you had little or no knowledge about how music worked.

or...

you might have learnt how to sing by just listening to people, or stumbled into the art because you had a nice voice and so you had to give singing your best.

But as you got Into the art you discovered that there is more to Singing than the whole HYPE!

You discover you had been doing a whole lot of wrong things to your VOICE and SOUND.

Picking up DESTRUCTIVE habits over time which has become a STRONGHOLD in your musical journey.

Understanding this is the first step to becoming better and then working towards achieving a better sound is now you trying to UNLEARN and RE-LEARN.

It's not usually a jolly-go-ride cos it would take you being DOGGED about GROWTH.

But the REWARD for CONSISTENTLY PUSHING and a NEVER-GIVE-UP-SPIRIT is who you BECOME.❤
