This is my menu for lunch: rice, boiled vegetables with peanut sauce, fried fish.
This will be somewhat interesting.
Since we have entered the month of Ramadan here and we are now at the time of sahur, we have preparations for fasting. Good nutrition is essential for a fasting period that will last 14 and a half hours.
First of all, the rice pilaf will be kept on low heat to cook by adding some water while the rice is still in the roasting stage.
Buddha tahini bun goes well with rice.
If you're hungry, we can have guests.
