I trust that by now , we all are now fully aware that that our positive habits can be reinforced by a positive environment and the negative ones reinforced by a negative environment.
When you are surrounded by peer groups that encourages excessive spending , you likely to adopt and poor financial habits.
So the main aim of the author in this part is how we can break a negative habits even though we find ourselves in a negative environment.
The easiest way to do this is to limit the time you spend with those ones that reinforce your bad habits and then spend more time with those ones that align with your positive habits.
