In conclusion of these amazing chapter , i will like to thank us for staying to the end. Well , This chapter covers the final law of behavioral change.
In this chapter , we learnt that for us to make a habit to be lasting , we need to learn the art of attaching immediate and instant gratifications to it.
If we also need to break bad habits , we also need to make it Unsatisfying by initiating or introducing discomfort.
tracking progress, ,creating immediate rewards , and reinforcing positive behavior, habits can be intentionally mad enjoyable and very easy to maintain .
On the other hand , by introducing negative consequences we can make also intentionally make habits to be unenjoyable.
So guys , that is it for today , success from adopting any habit comes from the fact of learning to make the habit to be enjoyable at the moment.
