Another way we can make our habit to be satisfying is by tracking it. Habit tracking makes it possible for us to see the progress of what we are doing, this has a psychological way of boosting our morale and making us to continue.
Habit tracking works because:

having a clear visual representation of your habit motivates you to stay consistent.
- It keeps you accountable :
It also creates a sense of punishment wehn you fail and the most important , it makes you to want to start again.
You can use a todo list app , habit tracking app , journal, ticking or marking of "X" on your calendar etc. this keeps you going as you would not want to break the chain.
