Like we discussed earlier , people tend to be naturally motivated to do something when they see a form of reward to gotten when they perform a task.

Let's take for instance , when a habit tracker is being checked off by you , it creates a form sense of accomplishment, this makes you want to do it again.

A very significant change can be built over time with small wins. The check marks that you make as time goes on now comes in form as the tiny celebration that helps to keep you on track.

Anticipating this small wins also gives you the momentum and motivation you need which is very necessary for building a long term habit.

The idea behind this is very easy and simple , you tend to manage very well what you can measure. Tracking your progress is like creating an internal feedback loop that gives you that force and motivation to be consistent.
