3 . Make It Easy (Response):
Our brain is wired in such a way that it tends to stick with activities that are more easier to perform , you have a higher probability of developing the habit of an activity that is very easy than that which is very hard.
so we can incorporate this trick into trying to form any of our desired habits.
We can achieve this by getting rid of any friction that is associated with performing the task , make it look in a way that it looks simple and feels easy / effortless to start. with this way , our brain is now likely to stick with it.
