Hy everyone , welcome to another exciting review of this great book. today , we will be tallking about chapter three , the title of this chapter three is "how to build better habits in 4 simple steps".
the author started this chapter by introducing to the reader the science of habit formation , this was broken down into four-step model.
A deeper understanding of how habits work was introduced by the author in this chapter, a clear framwork on how to build good habits and eliminate the bad ones was provided.
This principle was drawn by the author from behavioral psychology and neurobiology, explaining how habits are formed, and how we can harness this understanding to our advantage.
