In this part , we are going to discuss one of the biggest challenges of habit formation. This challenge is that good habits in most times always comes with a delayed reward , while the bad ones provides instant gratification.
- when you start exercising today , you won't get that your desired body shape or fitness but with time , you will get stronger.
if you start investing today , you won't get rich today but your wealth will grow with time.
same with eating healthy food , you won't get healthy overnight but with time , you will get better.
