As continued from where we stopped in the previous post , forming the habits of designing our environment in such a way that it acts as a support to the habit that we are trying to build . For any of our desired habits , when we place the cues to those habits and then remove the cues of the ones we do not want , we can automatically turn our environment into a guide or pathway towards the actions that we want to take.

If you want to form the habit of going for workout in the morning , you can prepare your workout tools the previous night and then keep it close to your bed so that when you wake up in the morning , it will be your first sight thereby triggering you to engage in workout.
