Addiction and Environmental Triggers

In this part , the author draws our attention to the relationship that exist between addiction and environmental triggers. Our addictions are often reinforced by the environment . If you are smoker and wants to quit smoking , don't surround yourself with smokers as that will make it more difficult for you to quit.

If you have noticed , some people most times tend to go back to their habit even after quitting , this is because they relapse when they come in contact with the environment that was the foundations of the habit. this is an evidence that shows that our environment is directly related to addiction.
