Well , this is actually my first time of hearing about the concept introduced by the author in this part of the book, its actually called "1% improvement".
he made us believe that we can become powerful if we can improve any habit by 1% daily.
Doing little things daily can significantly improve our life, they with time form a compounded gain that has the ability to effect us in an unimaginable way.
This could be anything , maybe you are a student aspiring to be a programmer , improving 1% daily will actually make a better developer with time.
so many people also appplied this , a perfect example of this was seen in the story of british cycling team who were able to achieve extra ordinary success in their competition by focusing on small increment in their overall performance on a daily basis.
