in this part , the author introduced another concept called the "habit loop" , this habit loop includes cues , routines and rewards.
if you can understand this loop , then it will be actually easier for you to change habits .
the habits are being triggered by the cues , the routines are the habits themselves while the rewards are the positive outcomes that we see that makes us want to repeat those habits thereby reinforcing those habits.
By analyzing and altering each component of the habit loop, individuals can effectively change their habits.
