- Bad habits solve problems:
Bad habits are not just habits , they are response to underlying deeper issues like loneliness , stress , etc . If we can locate and eliminate this underlying issues , we can eliminate the behavior.
- Identify triggers:
The fist step as we said identification of the cues ,(this could be time , location or the people you hang around with) and remove them or minimize your exposure to it.
- Change your mindset:
We also discussed about changing of mindset which is very important, if you can focus on the negative consequence of the bad behavior , and focus on the good aspect of the positive behavior .
