Conclusion
From the review of this chapter 10 , we can see that a comprehensive framework necessary for breaking bad habits includes identifying and addressing the root causes.
Bad habits can be described as a misguided solution to the problems we have in our lives. These problems are the normal problems that people
face in their daily life but the difference is that some people choose an immediate alternate solution which is unhealthy.
The author's approach toward solving this problem is very clear, as we are being empowered by him to take control of our actions which has to addressing the root cause of the problem which will now lead to long term personal growth and success.
