Well , we can really say that this chapter is directly crafted from the previous chapter, it builds on the previous law, which is Make It Satisfying, by emphasizing the psychological power of seeing consistent progress.
Not seeing instant result might sound too simple to the ear but practically , it holds a lot of psychological power to the extent that it can make a once consistent and motivated individual to lose hope and give up . It is one of the biggest reasons people give up on habits is that they don’t see instant results. Tracking habits helps bridge the gap between effort and reward by making progress tangible.
