Well , i believe this is not the first time we have heard about habit tracking as we have sometime in the previous chapter mentioned it. But here , the author decided to go deep into it by discussing with is the psychological force behind it . The main focus of the author in this chapter was on the impact ,"habit tracking makes " and also how to leverage on habit tracking to make a positive impact on our habit.
Habit tracking is a tool that looks simple , yet very powerful that helps to reinforce positive habits by creating a sense of achievement.
When we keep a record of the habits that we are doing , it gives us this sense of immediate satisfaction and we become motivated to do more.
