Timing also has a serious impact on this , it also helps to strengthen and reinforce a habit . In other to achieve this , determine the habit that you want to form , after you must have designated a particular spot in your room where this habit is performed , then assign a particular time of the day where you want to perform it .
As time goes by , the timing now helps to reinforce this habits as it naturally becomes a cue . This now makes the habit easy to perform.
