so in other to drive home his words , he gave a perfect example by telling the story of a man who wanted to develop a nice body by going to the gym regularly but instead of focusing on doing heavy amount workout , he only spent five minutes each day for the first six weeks, when asked , he said that his goal was to become someone that visits the gym regularly.
so by showing up to the gym all the time , he developed the habit of going to the gym regularly and with time increased his duration in the gym.
As time went on , the small efforts grew up to become something significant, he ended up having the desired muscle he needed.
