When it comes to the habit formation , craving is the center and heart of it.
Cravings is not just about performing the action alone , but it is all about the change in state that comes with performing the habit.
Let us give an example of this.
When it comes to brushing of it , you don't crave for the brushing of teeth , you only crave for the feeling that comes with having a clean teeth.
You crave for the feeling you get from pressing your phone , and not just the pressing of phone.
This is also associated with other habits , the feeling we get from performing the habit is what we crave for and not just the habit.
