Have you heard of dopamine ?, well i actually got to know about dopamine during my school days in high school in my biology classes, so for those of us who today is actually their first time of coming in contact with the word "dopamine" , i will like to give us a brief or layman explanation of what dopamine is. Dopamine is actually a neurochemical that is present in the brain and is part of the brain reward system. It is being released when we engage in an act and then feel fulfilled when we have concluded in the act.

This neuro transmitter called dopamine plays what is considered a central role when it comes to motivation and pleasure.

Most people often refer to it as the "feel-good chemical ," But according to the author dopamine is not just about reward , it is more of anticpation.
