Continued from last post
In this new chapter , just as i mentioned in the previous chapter , we were introduced to the second law of behavioral change which he titled
Make It Attractive.
We were made to understand by the author that our brain is wired in such a way it is always in constant seek of pleasure and tries to avoid pain, he now gave us some hints on how we can harness the principle given to us in this chapter in other to develop good habits.
Making reference from results gotten from psychological research , we the audience were shown how we can make a habit that we desire to be more appealing by leveraging and taking advantage of the brain reward system.
