2. Craving

After we are done making the identification of what our cue looks like , the next step towards this habit formation is craving. This can be defined as the desire to perform a certain habit . Cravings are actually what gives the cue a meaning , this are the sole reason why a habit exist. If their were no cravings or desire , you won't have the needed motivation to actually enagage in a particular task.

The cravings in this context can be subtle or powerful , But they actually come with a desire to change your current state . If you always crave for relaxing after having a stressful day , you are likely to from the habit of watching televison or maybe playing video game . cravings makes us to seek for a specific reward.
