What then is two-minute rule ? , our focus today will be shifted on having a basic understanding of what this two-minute rule is really all about.
In lay man terms , this two minute rule can be defined as the act of making a habit too easy at the early stage so that it can be completed within two minutes.
So instead trying to complete the habit , your focus should be starting the habit in a way that it looks and feels effortless.
so instead of focusing on reading 4 books in a month , read one paragraph a day.
Instead of running 5-10 mile a day , start with wearing your workout clothes.
instead of writing 1000 lines of codes a day , start with 1 line of codes a day.
instead of meditating for 30 mins a day , start withing sitting quietly for two mins a day.
These smallest possible action that you are focusing on will help you remove the potential resistance and then make the habit appear easy.
