Creates Momentum and Builds Consistency

Inconsistency is actually one of the greatest enemy or should i say biggest enemy of formation of a desired habit. Just like i said earlier , setting big goals is very much okay , but we often fail to stick to it because it requires much effort . However , these obstacles can be removed by starting small , these starting small is what removes the pressure and helps you to build consistency.

when we start small and in a way that the habit seem effortless , momentum , consistency , and going beyond the two-minutes comes naturally.
