Allowing notification from fitness app serves as a kind of reminder that helps you remember your goal of keeping fit, the same with automation on your bank apps that allows you to save.
Then on the other hand , allowing auto-play and notifications from apps like youtube and netflix makes binge watching to effortless.
The same with allowing notification from social media apps.
So you see , we can leverage on technology to limit the friction experienced during the performance of good habits and increase that seen in bad habits.
