Why we embrace Bad habits.
On the other hand , we have a high chance to engage in a bad habit because it is easy to do and very convenient.
We tend to derive more joy from performing the bad habits because not only that it is easy , but also that it gives us immediate satisfaction.
example are :
social media is not far from us , junk foods are easily prepared , it is more easier to stay on the bed and do nothing.
If you always rely on willpower , it may fail you on the long run, the author taught us that we should make our environment in such a way that the good habits becomes the default mode and choice.
