A common concern was also expressed by the author , which is "How can two minutes of effort actually make a difference?"

So in his own point view , it is not just about two-minutes , it just has to do with maintaining the act of showing up.

Like i mentioned before , starting a habit is actually the most difficult part of a habit but when you start , their is every tendency that you will continue.

Their is no programmer or software developer that write just one line of code , but opening your code editor and writing one line of code makes you willing to write more. The same goes to someone that wans to form the habit of reading , nobody reads one sentence a day , but opening your book and reading one sentence makes you want to read more.

This two minute rule is just a tricky way of making us to take actions instead of procrastination, it lowers the obstacles we encounter when entering the habit.
