Conclusion
so in summary of what we have discussed in this chapter 2 , we can really say that the author was very specific and critical about the concept he stated.
A paradigm shift in the way we approach habit formation was also discussed.
his main arguement was that if you want to develop a long lasting habits , you need to focus on being the type of person that can achieve those things and not just on the outcomes only.
we can create a positive feedback loop that has the ability to make habit change more natiral and sustainable by first of all decide the type of identity we want to embrace and then back it up with consistent small actions.
