- Step 2: Scale It Down to Two Minutes
After choosing your desired habit , at the starting , narrow the habit in such a way that it could be finished within two minutes.
read one paragraph a day , one push up per day . etc
- Step 3: Focus on Establishing the Habit, Not the Outcome
It is true that we should begin with the end in mind, but the author advised us not to worry about the result but should worry more about the consitent show-up.
- Step 4: Let Small Habits Grow Naturally
So once performing the habit within two becomes automatic , expanding it will become so natural.
