Hello Book enthusiast , welcome to another exciting book review once again. In the previous post , we talked about chapter 13 of this great book titled How to Stop Procrastinating by Using the Two-Minute Rule. In the previous chapter , we learnt about how we can make a habit to be less stressful and difficult by making it look easy.
So in today's post , we will enter into chapter 14 of this great book titled How to Make Good Habits Inevitable and Bad Habits Impossible.
The author focused on the important concept in habit formation.
We were meant to understand that in as much as willpower and motivation are very helpful , but their effectiveness is only short lived as it can be unreliable in the long term.
In this chapter , the author explored various strategies needed to successfully the chance of failure and create a system that will ensure that the path to your good habits is being followed by you.
