Identify Roles and Goals:
Your goals, responsibility, professional and personal roles should be clear , this you do in other to prioritize activities that will help you to achieve your aim.
routine Planning:
This can be mostly done in a weekly basis, set some time aside on a weekly basis to plan and prioritize activities that fall under quadrant II, set goals, plans and activities to achieve them.
Learn to Say No:
Develop the self discipline of saying know to things that will be a distraction or that won't add value to you, activities or tasks that doesn't align with your long term goals should be delegated or avoided, this you do in other to avoid burnout or over commitment.
Focus on Effectiveness:
Activities should be evaluated based on their contribution towards your long term goals and values, this evaluation should be done on continuous basis. In other to Maintain focus, pririoties should be avoided.
