Conclusion
What can we say about this chapter 12 ? , well , we can say that it emphasize and reinforces a key principle of behavioral change, this principle is all about making good habits to look simple and then the bad ones difficult. The Law of least effort is something that we should really understand, this helps us to take advantage of our natural tendencies to do something and not rely much on willpower.
The concept of leveraging on technology is a concept that we were introduced to by the author , we learnt that we can actually use the help of Technology to improve our habits and if we don't handle it well , it can reinforce the bad habit.
