Why We Struggle to Maintain Good Habits
Like we have learnt in the previous chapters , most people fail to maintain good habits because of friction, because we were meant to understand the previous chapters that psychologically , our brain tend to engage more in something that is less difficult and less in something that is difficult.
Let us take for example , if the gym house if far from your home , you are likely to skip workout. If you are always busy and have no time to prepare healthy meals , you are likely to engage more on junk foods.
If so much decision making is required in preserving a good habit , we are loess likely to stick with it.
