still on the discussion on cue , we can't really point out if cue is actually good or bad , but what we can point out and strongly believe is that it actually exists . Then what really matters is the way we actually respond to them.
If we can have a good comprehension of the cues that triggers our habit , we can succesfully manipulate our environment in such a way that it triggers formation of good habits and then disrupts the negative ones .
Let us take for instance that you want to form the habits of reading a page of a book everyday , you can decide to drop the book on the table so that as soon as you wake up and see it , you are being triggered to read.
