The topic of this Chapter 13 is How to Stop Procrastinating by Using the Two-Minute Rule
I really loved this chapter 13 because the author introduced a new concept , this is a very simple and powerful strategy that is really helpful for those that are really trying to get rid of procrastination and making new habits very easy to adopt.
This is what he called the two minute rule , this has to do with what we said in some of the previous chapters , "making the habit look easy and effortless**.
