The reason why most people are struggling to build new good habits is because they make attempt to take in too much at once. Be it reading ,eating healthy food , exercising , they at first set high expectation for themselves which end up becoming overwhelming for them.
Don't make drastic changes as that could lead to burnout , but instead , reduce the habit to its simplest form as these will increase your likelihood of following through.
So in this chapter , our focus will be channeled on why this rule is very effective , the real life application , and how it can help us overcome procrastination.
