So in other to hasten this , we were urged by the author to create an environment that agrees with that habit that we are trying to form or opposes the habit that we are are trying to stop.
With this refreshing of our mind , now let us delve into the chapter seven of this great book and see what it has installed for us. I will just do a brief introduction on it and then start the chapter seven fully in the next post.
The topic of chapter 7 is "The Secret to Self-Control," The limitations of relying solely on willpower in other to change or form a habits was the main center of focus by the author in this chapter.
This chapter which is centered on self control is a direct continuation or result of having established an environment that supports your goal.
Self control is not just an inherent character but it is a skill that can be developed and honed when our environment is conducive for the positive habits we are trying to form and discourages the negative ones we are trying to get rid of.
