This is related to our work and proffesional life, when we practlize win win situations in or workplace , we encourage teamwork and productivity which is created by open communications and collective problem solving.

This is the most intresting part of all this scenarios, win win situations can be applied in negotiations of all kinds, be it business Negotiation involving buying and selling, striking a deal and getting a business proposal.

Win-Win strategies focus on creating value and finding creative solutions that satisfy the interests of both parties, building trust and goodwill.
