1. ¿Cuál fue el punto culminante de su semana?
Bueno, en este lado del hemisferio, aún es jueves, de manera que esperaré mañana para ver qué asunto relevante aparece, sin embargo, puedo decir que hasta ahora, las cosas han salido muy bien, ya que he estado terminando algunos trabajos que a causa del frío y días lluviosos, no había podido terminar. Con la llegada de la primavera, comienza también a subir la temperatura.
2. ¿Son las mujeres mejores gerentes que los hombres?
Pienso que hay hombre que son muy buenos gerentes, pero también hay mujeres que son maravillosas desempeñando este trabajo. Creo que no tiene nada que ver con el sexo de un ser humano. Si tiene talento y determina desarrollar esta habilidad, será excelente en cualquier tarea que se proponga.
3. Dinero o Felicidad – ¿Puede el dinero hacernos felices?
Tengo amigos con mucho dinero y no son felices, porque el solo hecho de pensar que alguien se lo puede robar o lo pueden perder, viven estresados. Esto definitivamente no es vida; De la misma forma, conozco indigentes dedicados al alcohol que se reúnen en cualquier esquina y los he visto reír a carcajadas sin importar lo que pueda suceder después. Aunque el dinero no da la felicidad, quien sabe cómo administrarlo, lo acerca bastante a ella. Probablemente, y esto es lo que creo, la felicidad es el resultado de mantener en equilibrio la mayor cantidad de áreas en la que nos desenvolvemos. Quien es feliz, puede acumular una fortuna si se lo propone y hace lo necesario.
4. ¿Cuáles son tus planes para Navidad?
Como venezolano, los planes siempre son celebrar con la familia a lo grande y tener en la mesa todo lo que se acostumbra para comer, no solo en la cena de fin de año o acción de gracias, sino todo el mes de noviembre, diciembre y enero. A pesar de esto, tengo planeado viajar en diciembre a Barranquilla, Colombia para visitar a mis dos hijas y una nieta, las cuales tengo 5 años que no las abrazo. Este será mi mayor regalo y mi enfoque para estas navidades.

Good morning blurtians. Happy weekend to everyone.
This week has been boring and slow as all I did was to stay home and prepare for my examinations. No much activity.
Manager is an umbrella word for so many activities. Women can be better in some and no so good in some. It depends on the sector they are managing. Women are better managers at home because of their patience and sensitive spirit. They are observant and posses great communication and listening skills which is important in managing a home.
In other sector like business, company, and schools. Women can also be good because people (workers) tends to respect female bosses than male bosses thereby making them perform their duties without any form of Laziness or laxity unlike when they have male boss.
Women are hardworking and are also prudent. They can manage all monetary affairs without looting or embezzling funds. They are always conscious of their reputation.
Men are good managers in some aspect like sports, music and other entertainment sector because of their high jovial and entertaining spirit. Even female actresses and musicians have men as their managers.
It is difficult to choose between Money and happiness. As a matter of fact, it is impossible. Money and happiness goes along side. Though happiness can exist without money but it won't be as much as when money is involved. Money they say is the root of all sorrows and evil but then we can't do without it. Happiness lies within but it can be triggered with money. Money is a catalyst to happiness. It can't start the reaction but it can make the reaction fast.
If I am in a tight position to choose between happiness and money, I will choose happiness but truth be told, money is as important as happiness. One can't be as happy and he/she wants to be without money
Hmm, my plans for Christmas? I don't have any plans yet because as the last born of the house, I don't plan my christmas myself. My siblings do that for me. All I need to do is to make myself available. But this time around, it is going to be different. I'm planning my Christmas myself. No plans yet but I will come up with some plans for myself soon.

😂😂😂. I just love the way you talked about money and happiness. For me it's just simple. Money can't make us happy. Happiness is a natural thing, money can only add to it.

Nothing fancy happened this week, only a bad news from the family and it was a wake up call to all of us that we really need to help each other.
Are women better managers than men?
No, for me since I am girl, I choose to have a guy manager because they are not so picky or meticolous unlike women hehe
Money or Happiness – Can money make us happy?
Both, money can give us temporary happiness and money is what the world now because of the high inflations All over the world.
What are your plans for Christmas? Are you ready🥳?I want to celebrate Christmas with my family but still it's a plan and Iam saving a little amount from my earnings to buy some candies for the kids, I just wish I will be able to do it before the Christmas came.
