After almost 7 weeks of continuous work, finally, the first weekend where I will be able to fully enjoy my beautiful island.

From mid-June to mid-August every year it's the same, my clients having a seasonal activity literally spoil me this period of the year, every day it's a minimum of 14 hours per day of work even on weekends!

But now we are in mid-August, which means finally the end of this rush and the return to a much more normal activity, although, having some development projects on Blurt (the reason why I still invested and Power Up my account), I'm not sure, but that will be the subject of another post Hahaha

So, all of this to say that after this long period without moving too much I finally managed to take my family (without my eldest son who still has 3 months before the end of his mandatory military service) for lunch in Rawai which is located at the bottom of Phuket Island and which is one of my favorite places. From there, a lovely road that follows the west coast of the island with beautiful landscapes leaves in the direction of the north.

Originally a fishing village, the place quickly became a favorite place for expatriates from around the world. I knew that my wife had been eyeing a restaurant in Rawai in an area where we had never been before.

When I told her we were going out for lunch on Saturday at first she didn't believe me, having given up on any idea of my availability Hahaha.

The food was succulent, the shrimps ultra-fresh, mine with parsley sauce a delight, and even their cake were perfect!

Even if the weather was not good, because of the rainy season, I don't regret having taken my two Canon cameras with me! Not only the food was excellent but also the setting was beautiful.

I especially loved the way they decorated the place with plants and flowers, they made excellent choices, a real pleasure for the eyes!

Even the birds were surprised to see me out of my house, having almost forgotten my existence Hahaha.

One more nice lunch in the land of smiles, a nice reward after all these hours of work :)
